Meet the Chef: Khauan
Raised in Hawaii and rooted in Brazilian heritage, Khauan’s culinary journey has been shaped by a lifelong passion for food, fire, and hospitality. During his teenage years and throughout college, he refined his skills crafting artisan popsicles for a local company and working alongside talented chefs in fine dining kitchens, where he developed a deep appreciation for quality ingredients, technique, and exceptional service.
Over the years, Khauan continued to share his love of cooking with family and friends, drawing inspiration from his Brazilian roots and the communal spirit of gathering around great food. Through years of dedication and practice, he mastered the art of Live-fire grilling, creating flavorful dishes that celebrate both tradition and craftsmanship.
